This certifies that the warp and weft fibers are 100% natural mulberry silk and free of synthetic, art-silk, or rayon blends.

- Central Silk Board Verification: Patrons may verify any saree tag number directly at SMOI regional testing centers.

We provide a full 6-month replacement or re-polish warranty against premature tarnish or discoloration under standard celebratory wear.
If your jewellery experiences natural luster fading within 6 months of purchase, simply bring or courier your piece with your order invoice to our Madurai Atelier. Our in-house goldsmiths will re-dip and restore the gold finish completely free of charge.
3. How to Register a Warranty Claim
Keep your Tax Invoice (INV-2026-XXXX) or digital order confirmation ready.
WhatsApp photos of the piece to +91 93459 10000 with your warranty ID.
Courier or bring to K.K. Nagar showroom for immediate re-polishing or replacement.
Note on Void Security Ribbons: Saree return requests require the tamper-evident serial ribbon to remain uncut. However, the 6-Month Jewellery Gold Finish Warranty remains valid after the security ribbon has been removed for wear.
