1. Preamble & Scope of Service
Welcome to Roye Vastraa (hereinafter referred to as "the Atelier", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Patron", "Client", or "User") and Roye Vastraa, governing your access to and use of our digital platform (roye-vastraa.com), in-store private appointments, WhatsApp video consultations, and acquisition of our handloom pure silk sarees and 24KT Gold Finish Look imitation temple jewellery.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or booking a draping consultation, you unconditionally assent to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Grievance Redressal Policy.
1.3 Legal Capacity to Contract (Section 11, Indian Contract Act, 1872): By initiating any transaction on this platform, you affirmatively declare that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding financial contracts.
1.4 Fair Trade & Anti-Dark Patterns Guarantee: In strict adherence to the Guidelines for Prevention and Regulation of Dark Patterns, 2023 issued by the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA), Roye Vastraa guarantees zero hidden charges, zero drip pricing (all listed prices include GST), zero forced basket additions, and complete checkout transparency.
2. Handloom Authenticity & Product Nature
2.1 Pure Natural Silks: All pure silk sarees featured with the Silk Mark emblem are certified 100% natural mulberry silk verified under the authority of the Silk Mark Organisation of India (Central Silk Board, Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India).
2.2 Handloom Weave Characteristics: Handcrafted Kanchipuram and pure silk sarees are individually woven on traditional looms. Minor thread slubs, subtle yarn knots, or minuscule zari shade variations are inherent characteristics of authentic artisanal handlooms, not defects.
2.3 24KT Gold Finish Look Jewellery: All jewellery items categorized as "24KT Gold Finish Look" are handcrafted premium brass/copper alloy temple adornments finished with a micro-plated gold lacquer. They are not solid bullion 24KT or 22KT gold. Each eligible piece is backed by our signature 6-Month Micro-Polish Warranty.
2.4 Color Reproduction: While we utilize color-calibrated studio lighting to capture our lookbooks, digital displays vary in gamma, calibration, and color reproduction. Minor variances between the on-screen image and the physical drape are natural.
3. Pricing, Orders & Single-Weave Inventory
3.1 1-of-1 Exclusive Pieces: Our flagship bridal weaves and heirloom jewellery pieces are frequently produced as 1-of-1 creations. In the rare event of concurrent transactions across in-store and online channels, priority is assigned on a chronological timestamp basis. If an item becomes unavailable, a full refund is issued immediately.
3.2 Pricing Accuracy: All prices are displayed in Indian National Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST (5% on Silk Sarees, 3% on Imitation Jewellery). We reserve the right to correct typographical or system pricing errors prior to dispatch.
3.3 Delivery Coverage: We currently deliver exclusively within India across all serviceable pin codes. International shipping is not provided at this time.
4. Governing Law & Exclusive Madurai Jurisdiction
Crucial Legal Clause: These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to your transactions with Roye Vastraa shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. You irrevocably agree that the Competent Courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction over all legal proceedings.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All editorial lookbooks, videography, brand logos, monogram designs, textile motifs, software code, and marketing assets displayed on roye-vastraa.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Roye Vastraa Atelier. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under the Copyright Act, 1957.
