1. Domestic Shipping Across India
- Courier Partners: BlueDart Express, Delhivery, and Shiprocket Premium Air.
- Delivery Timelines: Metro cities (Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad) receive delivery within 24 to 48 hours. Non-metro and regional pincodes: 2 to 4 business days.
- Complimentary Shipping: Free insured shipping within India on orders above ₹10,000. Below ₹10,000, shipping is calculated at checkout.
2. Domestic Delivery Coverage (India Only)
Roye Vastraa currently delivers exclusively within India across all serviceable pin codes. We are not providing international shipping at this time:
- Domestic Carriers: Premium insured surface and air logistics via BlueDart, Delhivery, and Shiprocket.
- International Orders: Currently unavailable. All orders must specify a valid delivery address and 6-digit PIN code within India.
- Non-Serviceable Remote Pincodes: In the rare event a rural pin code is unserviceable by our express courier network, our atelier concierge will reach out to arrange alternative India Post Speed Post delivery.
3. Live Tracking & Consignment Coordinates
The moment your package is handed over to the courier in Madurai, a unique Airway Bill (AWB) number is transmitted to your registered WhatsApp number and email. You can track your parcel in real-time on our on-site tracking tool or via the courier partner's portal.
4. Packaging Tamper Notice
If the outer courier polybag or branded Roye Vastraa security tape appears torn, tampered with, or crushed upon arrival, do not accept delivery. Refuse the package with the delivery agent and notify our concierge immediately at +91 93459 10000.
