1. Brand Name, Logos & Trademarks
"ROYE VASTRAA", our atelier crests, typography, and promotional slogans are registered or proprietary trademarks. Unlicensed use of the Roye Vastraa name or logo on counterfeit apparel, physical shop boards, social media accounts, or competing e-commerce listings will attract immediate civil and criminal injunctions.
2. Proprietary Catalog Photography & Editorial Media
All high-resolution product photography, video footage, draping reels, and editorial lookbooks published on royevastraa.vercel.app are exclusive copyrighted assets. Re-uploading, watermarking over, or utilizing our images on third-party resale channels is strictly prohibited.
3. Respect for Geographical Indications (GI)
Roye Vastraa strictly honors the Geographical Indication (GI) status of authentic Kanchipuram Pure Silks and Madurai Sungudi weaves. We never mislabel machine-printed or synthetic fabrics with protected heritage designations.
4. Digital Platform Architecture & Codebase Copyright
The bespoke digital atelier, interactive user interface, mobile acceleration engine, automated order dispatch pipelines, and real-time inventory synchronization systems powering this platform were architected and built by Prakrith. In accordance with Sections 17 & 19 of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, all proprietary software code, custom shaders, and technical design patterns are copyrighted by their author and licensed exclusively for the operation of Roye Vastraa.
